ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so kindly ensure all details are correct before checkout.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders dispatch from Mumbai, New Delhi.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Due to high demand, select items may become unavailable even after purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

For your safety, all orders are reviewed by our security team and may be cancelled at our discretion.

Once your order is packed and handed to our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: Orders may experience slight delays during special releases, holiday periods, or sale events.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. Payment is collected at checkout for all pre-orders.

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer complimentary 3–5 day standard shipping across India via BlueDart.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, the responsibility shifts to the recipient. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after proof of delivery is confirmed. However, please reach out to us at hello@gearworldwide.in & we will help you connect to the courier company.

If it is lost before it is marked delivered, we will arrange a replacement for the same.
