Returns / Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our policy below for hassle-free returns and exchanges.
1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

| Window | 7 days from the date of delivery. |
| Valid Reasons | Product does not fit; product or shipping package is damaged; product is defective; parts/accessory are missing. |
| Refunds | Issued as a Credit Note (Gift Card) only, once the returned product passes Quality Check (QC). |
| Exchanges | Estimated delivery of exchange items is 7-10 working days. |
2. Exchange Fulfillment
If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to low stock, we will offer one of the following:

Exchange for another product of equal value.

Issue a Gift Card (Credit Note) equivalent to the selling/MRP amount.
Note: Gift Cards are valid for 6 (six) months and are redeemable at our online store only. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
3. Mandatory Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, product(s) must meet all of the following mandatory conditions:

The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with.

Brand tags, original packaging material, and accessories must be intact, unaltered, and undamaged.

The product is not altered (unless proven vendor defect).
-
The product is free of foul odor, perfume, stains, scratches, tears, or damage.

Product(s) bought as a set must be returned or exchanged as the complete set.

Products must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.
⚠️ Important: If products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange request.
4. Return/Exchange Processing

Initiation: Once your request is accepted, a notification will be sent to your registered email.

Pickup: Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the order within 24–48 hours.

Pickup Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for sending the shipment back to the warehouse address.

Reverse Pickup: This service is subject to the availability of the logistics partner in your specific PIN code area.

Quality Check (QC): Once received at the warehouse, the product will undergo a Quality Check. Processing continues only after QC approval.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer cancellations or cash refunds. Any refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card equivalent to the selling/MRP amount.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. 30-Day Garment Review (Warranty)
We offer a 30-day review period for manufacturer-related garment issues:

Includes color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws.

If reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
